About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations. This role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic insights in a fast-paced telecom environment. If you have strong leadership skills and a solid background in accounting and financial reporting — we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations: GL, AR/AP, payroll, tax, and reconciliations
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with BIR, local tax laws, and telecom-related regulations (e.g., NTC)
  • Lead internal and external audit preparations
  • Supervise and mentor the accounting team
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Billing, Network Ops, Procurement) to validate financial data
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
  • Recommend and implement improvements in accounting systems and processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy; preferrably Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • At least 5 years of accounting experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Background in telecommunications or technology-related industries preferred
  • Proficient in accounting systems (SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel
  • Strong knowledge of BIR reporting, PH GAAP, and/or IFRS
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
