About the Role:

We're looking for a seasoned SAP Manufacturing Operations Lead to join our SAP Center of Excellence (CoE). This role will be pivotal in driving transformation initiatives and optimizing harmonized, efficient manufacturing processes across global operations.

You'll leverage your deep SAP expertise particularly in Production Planning (PP), Process Industries (PP-PI), and Quality Management (QM) to design, improve, and standardize end-to-end production processes aligned with business goals.

Job description:

  • Lead and support transformation and optimization projects within the SAP Manufacturing Operations domain.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and standardization in production operations.
  • Redesign and harmonize core manufacturing process models across multiple business units.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing roadmaps with supply chain and finance strategies.
  • Act as a trusted SAP expert in implementation, enhancement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation including process flows, test scripts, and user guides.

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of experience in international SAP projects with focus on Manufacturing Operations (PP, PP-PI, QM)
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes and their integration with Supply Chain and Finance
  • Strong experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA Manufacturing environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to lead workshops, define business requirements, and propose innovative solutions
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or Business
  • Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Signavio) or testing tools (e.g., Tricentis)
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks
  • Additional language proficiency (an advantage)
