Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

    -Source and attract potential candidates through diverse recruitment channels.

    -Conduct interviews and assessments to select top talent.

    -Oversee effective onboarding processes for new hires.

  2. Employee Relations & Retention

    -Address employee concerns and resolve disputes to maintain a positive work environment.

    -Design and implement retention programs, including employee welfare and engagement initiatives.

    -Manage employee grievances and disputes with fairness and consistency.

  3. Performance Management

    -Define clear performance goals and standards.

    -Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

    -Implement systems to recognize and reward high performers.

  4. HR Systems & Data Management

    -Utilize HR software systems (e.g., HRIS, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) to manage employee data.

    -Analyze HR data, generate reports, and present insights to improve HR operations.

    -Collaborate with the Davao HR Payroll Officer to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

  5. Training & Development

    -Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.

    -Organize leadership development initiatives for management and supervisory teams.

  6. Legal Compliance & Policy Development

    -Develop and implement HR policies related to employment, benefits, and workplace conduct.

    -Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

    -Prepare and manage employment contracts and agreements.

  7. Collaboration with the Davao HR Team

    -Provide guidance and mentorship to the Davao HR team to build their capacity.

    -Align HR practices across locations for consistency until the Davao team operates independently.

    -Share best practices and resources to enhance HR processes.

  8. Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture

    -Measure and improve employee satisfaction through surveys, feedback, and engagement programs.

    -Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values.

    -Organize employee events, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications:

-Have strong backgrounds in administrative operations.

-Have direct exposure to OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, and Measures) frameworks, which is essential for strategic alignment.

-Hold strong educational qualifications aligned with Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields, ideally with certifications or a Master's degree.

-Possess experience managing HR systems (e.g., HRIS, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), payroll processes, and data-driven HR reporting.

-Have a demonstrated track record of leadership in multi-location setups, as this role requires collaboration with the Davao HR team.
