About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Area Marketing Officer to join the dynamic marketing team at Prince Retail Group of Companies' in our Cebu Central Visayas location. As a full-time Area Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in executing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement across our retail locations.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns to promote our products and services
  • Coordinating marketing activities, such as in-store promotions, events, and digital campaigns
  • Analyzing market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless execution
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives to drive continuous improvement
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of marketing materials, including digital content

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or advertising role, preferably within the retail industry
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud and social media platforms
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing successful marketing campaigns
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
