Job Summary

Based in Iloilo City, the Area Manager will oversee the performance and growth of operations within the assigned region. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring operational excellence, building and managing teams, nurturing client relationships, and upholding company standards across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Growth Strategy
  • Set and pursue area-specific sales and profitability targets.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics; proactively adjust tactics to maximize results.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Team Leadership & Field Operations
  • Supervise and mentor store/branch managers and their teams.
  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure performance, operations, and brand standards.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop talent relevant to team needs.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients or franchisees in the area.
  • Address escalated client concerns professionally, working with internal teams as needed.
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports to headquarters.
  • Analyze data to surface trends, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Compliance & Process Management
  • Uphold company policies, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with support departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 3–5 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
  • With experience in Health Industry is a plus.
  • Fluent in speaking Hiligaynon

Skills:

  • Leadership and team development.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mind, comfortable with KPI-driven performance.
  • Proficient in using management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Resilient, adaptive, and results-oriented.
