Syneria was founded in 2018 in France by senior experts with past experiences at top engineering consultancies, but also wind turbine suppliers and renewable energy project developers. To date, Syneria consists of 25 dedicated professionals spread across 5 offices in France (Paris, Rennes, Montpellier), Madrid in Spain (opening in 2026) and Manila in the Philippines, to cover the ASEAN region. The team is now bringing a proven track record of over 30GW of renewable energy projects worldwide.

Acknowledging the swift expansion of renewable energy in Southeast Asia, Syneria has been active in the ASEAN region since 2020. In 2023, Syneria further broadened its operations by establishing a first operational hub in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and are now extending its presence to Manila, Philippines in 2025. Through its network of trusted local partners, its services combine global expertise with local market insights, acting as a one-stop shop providing high quality services and responsiveness.

The Syneria's main services were founded on 2 pillars:

• Technical Due Diligence (TDD):
  Ensuring seamless financing and M&A transactions by assessing technical risks through full TDD scope, optimizing CAPEX/OPEX, ensuring bankability and translating technical insights into clear financial metrics.
• Support to Project Developers/Owners:
  Acting as an extension of technical teams for wind/PV site selection, support in Pre-Feasibility/Feasibility Assessment, Geographical Information System (GIS) analysis, wind measurement campaigns, technology selection, preliminary design, layout optimisation, bankable energy yield assessments, supply/construction and O&M contracts review, Owner's Engineer support and plant inspections.

The size and structure of the company allow for a high degree of work flexibility and offer many professional opportunities.

Your Role

A major part of the role will be related to ongoing project assignments on
onshore wind
projects, but also potentially solar PV projects and hybrid/BESS. Occasionally, you will also participate in proposal preparation and support to business development activities.

Among other, the tasks will include using specialized GIS/Wind Resource software, designing wind measurement campaigns, participating in met mast wind data collection, offer preparation, and gathering technological and market intelligence. You may also be involved in conferences and exhibitions as well as client's meetings as part of the role.

Travel may be expected on an ad hoc basis to oversee projects implemented in the Philippines and in the ASEAN region.

The main tasks will include:

• Feasibility studies using Geographical Information Systems (GIS): analysis of the applicable constraints, definition of the potential project layout, preliminary energy production estimate and potential optimisations;
• Wind measurement campaign design;
• Met mast tendering and installation management services;
• Wind data collection services;
• Bankable wind energy yield assessment using WindPRO & MeteoDyn softwares;
• Wind energy yield assessment report review as part of Technical Due Diligence services;
• Site visits and met mast inspections;
• Development and improvement of internal tools;
• Quality Assurance of internal assessments and reports (review process).
• Support in the development of BESS-related services;
• Participation in Business Development activities through preparation of offers, participation in events, client's meetings and conference calls;
• Market intelligence;
• Coordination with our external partners, and with our colleagues in France.

You will follow a dedicated training program at your arrival at Syneria in the Philippines and will be mentored by a senior wind resource expert joining the team in Manila in January 2026.

Your Profile

• Passionate about Renewable Energy;
• Bachelor/master's degree in engineering (energy, civil, mechanical or electrical preferably);
• Technical experience in wind energy yield assessment (ideally you have already worked with WindPRO);
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, for a project developer, EPC, institution (e.g. Department of Energy), or consultancy;
• Programming (Python) and datamining skills would be a bonus;
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel;
• Good teamwork capabilities but also skills to work independently;
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills;
• Client-oriented, a service mind with a positive attitude toward work;
• Good command of work under pressure, with tight delivery deadlines and high quality expectations;
• Fluent in Tagalog (Filipino nationals will be favored);
• Fluent in English. Basic skills in French will be a plus but is not a must;
• Pro-active, curious, pragmatic, solution-oriented, and self-reliant;
• Willingness to live in Metro Manila, with offices in BGC, Taguig City;
• Package will include HMO Private Health Insurance and 5 working days per week (Monday to Friday).

Expected start In January 2026 at the latest.
