About Your Role:

As part of the Spruson & Ferguson Asia team's expansion, the new role of
Human Resources Executive
plays a key role in supporting our people strategy and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes. As our new
Human Resources Executive
, you bring a detail-oriented focus to your role, driving HR and recruitment operations in the Philippines in collaboration with regional team members.

What You'll Do:

The key responsibilities of the role will be to:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts, letters, and related documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Support key HR projects and initiatives as part of overarching people strategy
  • Handle general HR administration, including system updates etc. where applicable.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources.
  • Sound understanding of HR practices, recruitment/talent acquisition experience will be a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English (both written and spoken), due to the need to communicate with regional stakeholders.
