Assistant Sales Manager

We are looking for a driven and strategic Assistant Sales Manager to support key sales initiatives and help accelerate business growth. This role works closely with the Sales Manager in executing strategic sales plans, strengthening client relationships, and identifying new opportunities in the market. The ideal candidate has a strong background in enterprise sales, consistently meets or exceeds targets, and can contribute to building a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market analysis.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor movements to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, presentations, and contracts for client engagements.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Technical teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members to foster a results-driven culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (required).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise sales (preferably in IT, software, or ERP solutions).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong background in client acquisition, relationship management, and account expansion.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Motivated, adaptable, and goal-oriented.
