The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Data Analyst looking for a work from home opportunity?

Live Services Group, an Australia-based business is seeking for an experienced Virtual Assistant – Data Analyst to support our plumbing and electrical businesses in maintaining accurate and efficient systems. The successful candidate will ensure our data is up to date, accurate, and optimised for true profit/loss tracking across all projects. Experience with SimPRO, Power BI, or similar platforms is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete our SimPRO catalogue in full and maintain it on an ongoing basis for both businesses.
  • Create and manage all new pre-builds, ensuring accuracy and correct costings.
  • Recreate existing pre-builds accurately with updated costings.
  • Update and maintain internal catalogue pricing, liaising with suppliers as required.
  • Assist with stock control and ordering processes.
  • Assist with updating and maintaining material costings for accurate profit/loss tracking.
  • Identify and rectify inaccurate data entries.
  • Conduct regular checks to detect and resolve discrepancies in entered data.
  • Develop and maintain an LSG catalogue that allows staff to view supplier pricing when ordering.
  • Assist the admin and asset management teams in data entry and updates for our fleet and plant.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with SimPRO or similar job management systems.
  • Strong Power BI skills for data analysis and visual reporting is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Xero experience highly regarded.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with stock control, supplier liaison, and cost management.
