Junior Developer

JOB SUMMARY:

Junior AI-Developer (Full Stack) is Direct reporting to Project Manager under the EDGE Department and responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining both the client side and server-side components of AI-powered Web and Mobile applications. This role supports the "Tander" Mobile/WebRTC Development and Implementation Project under EDGE Department of the Organization an innovative social, dating and companion platform for senior citizens that integrates artificial intelligence, real-time communication (WebRTC), and Mobile Technologies and Junior AI-Developer will responsible also for all AI-Powered Project/s under EDGE Department. The developer will assist in implementing machine learning models, smart matching algorithms, chatbot systems, and data driven insights to enhance user engagement and service delivery. The role requires strong collaboration with the EDGE Department Digital Innovation Team deliver high-performance, secure, and scalable solutions.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack AI-powered Web and Mobile applications.
• Build and optimize both frontend (user interfaces) and backend [APIs, server logic, and database (DB) ] systems.
• Integrate and test machine learning models within application workflows.
• Support real-time communication features using WebRTC and Mobile App for chat and video call functionalities.
• Ensure seamless data flow between AI modules, databases, and user interfaces.
• Conduct code testing, debugging, and performance optimization across all layers.
• Collaborate with Project Manager in charge and other Developer Team and Quality Assurance (QA) in agile development cycles.
• Maintain code documentation, development process flow, participate in version control, and follow software development best practices.
• Assist in data preparation, model evaluation, UI/UX design, Output testing and contribute AI feature improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in information technology (IT), Computer Science, or related field.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in mobile app or WebRTC and real time communication frameworks is a strong advantage.
• Experience in AI/ ML (machine Learning) model deployment or chatbot development (academic or project based) preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Proficient in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript for full-stack development.
• Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, React Native, or Similar) and backend frameworks , Express, Django, or Flask).
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with WebRTC and real-time communication systems.
• Strong understanding of API development and integration, including use of Postman or Talend for testing and validation
• Skilled in using Android and iOS emulators for mobile application testing and debugging.
• Experience with database (e.g.MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase, or PostgreSQL).
• Proficient in version control systems such as Git and platforms like GitHub or Gitlab.
• Knowledge of cloud-based AI platform (google Cloud AI, AWS AI, Azure ML).
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an agile, innovation driven environment.
• Demonstrates continuous learning, adaptability, and initiatives in emerging AI and Full stack technologies.
