Senior Sales Executive

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both residential and commercial fit-out markets. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to assess project requirements. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and product presentations tailored to client needs. Negotiate project contracts, pricing, and timelines in line with company profitability goals. Achieve or exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers. Ensure high client satisfaction from proposal stage through post-installation support. Handle escalations and follow-ups to secure repeat business and referrals. Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies (e.g., smart blinds, eco-friendly finishes). Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new niches and pricing strategies. Recommend improvements in products and services based on client feedback. Work closely with design, production, and installation teams to ensure accurate project execution. Oversee site measurements, sample approvals, and delivery schedules. Track project progress and client satisfaction throughout implementation. Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline tracking, and forecast reports. Mentor junior or entry-level sales staff to improve performance and professionalism. Contribute to sales strategy planning, promotions, and partnership development. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or Architecture (preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in interior fit-out, furniture, or related industries. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and design aesthetics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Existing network of architects, designers, or contractors is an advantage. Monthly and annual sales revenue (₱100,000–₱200,000/month recommended quota ). Conversion rate (from leads to closed deals). Client satisfaction and repeat business rate. Collection efficiency and timely payments. Contribution to team targets and mentoring of junior staff. Base Salary: ₱18,000 – ₱36,000 / month (depending on experience).Commission: 5–15% of closed project value.Bonuses: Performance-based quarterly incentives.Benefits: Work-from-home flexibility, project allowances, and sales performance bonuses.
