Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities
- Respond to member concerns and inquiries regarding plan and care availments through calls and messaging platforms
- Assess and resolve member inquiries across a wide range of cases, ensuring a patient-centric approach
- Work closely with relevant departments to gather stakeholder feedback and endorse tasks or next steps as needed
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in a nursing or medical related field
- Preferably with experience in customer support, account management, or related fields.
- Proficient in English and Filipino, spoken and written
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills for team coordination and managing patient expectations
- Excellent written communication skills - properly document conversations and escalate relevant cases to the team
- Creative, strategic, and proactive in problem solving and identifying opportunities
- Willingness to work hybrid (2x Onsite)
- Assigned 5 shifts per week from your preferred 2 shifts below:
- Morning Shift: 5 AM to 2 PM
- Mid/Afternoon/Evening Shifts:
- 9 AM to 6 PM
- 3 PM to 12 AM
- Night Shift: 10 PM to 7 AM
