We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to handle cost planning, estimation, and budget management for our MEPFS construction projects. The role involves preparing accurate BOQs, cost analyses, and bid documents, while supporting project teams in ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and bid/tender documents for MEPFS works
  • Review project drawings, plans, and specifications for accuracy
  • Evaluate subcontractor/supplier quotations and negotiate contracts
  • Monitor project costs and prepare financial reports
  • Ensure accuracy, cost control, and compliance with standards

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
  • At least 1 year Experience in estimation and quantity surveying
  • Strong organizational, analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver accurate results on time
  • Proficient in MS Excel and quantity surveying/estimation software (Plan Swift)
