Property Operations & Workflow Automation Manager

Work Schedule: 25 hours per week (UK Time)

Rate: USD 10 per hour

Employment Type: Part-Time, Remote

Key Responsibilities
  • Systemise and optimise day-to-day property operations (cleaning, guest management, maintenance, pricing, channel management)
  • Coordinate with contractors and oversee renovation or maintenance work across multiple properties
  • Manage and optimise key booking platforms (SuperControl, , Airbnb, Sykes)
  • Build workflows and processes that can be executed by Virtual Assistants or AI agents
  • Set up automations using tools such as GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier, Make, and agentic workflows
  • Create clear SOPs covering bookings, cleaning schedules, communications, and escalation paths
  • Improve occupancy rates, pricing strategies, revenue, and guest experience
  • Work closely with the founder through fast and clear communication (primarily via WhatsApp)
  • Coordinate with marketing/ads teams to ensure activities support revenue targets
  • Contribute to mapping and structuring Version 1 of an internal SaaS product

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience in hospitality, short-term rentals (STR), Airbnb management, or boutique hotels
  • Highly organised, practical, and solutions-oriented
  • Strong understanding of sales, revenue management, and occupancy optimisation
  • Tech-savvy; experience with GHL is essential. Familiarity with SuperControl, Airbnb, , and Sykes is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable managing cleaners, contractors, and renovation schedules
  • Skilled at creating simple, repeatable processes out of complex or messy workflows
  • Collaborative and confident working directly with a founder
  • Passionate about automation, AI tools, and building scalable systems
  • Enjoys building systems that eventually make the role more efficient or self-running
