The Mission: The 6-Month Audition This is not a "fetch coffee" internship. This is a 6-month hands-on audition. We are looking for students where this internship is the final requirement before graduation. You will be embedded in our engineering team, doing actual work on real projects. Our goal is simple: We want to hire you full-time in June. But you have to earn the seat.

The Program: What You Will Do You will rotate through our three core business lines to understand our entire ecosystem:

  • Cloud Operations: You will learn the basics of AWS infrastructure and how we keep systems running.
  • Security Operations: You will see how we protect data and manage threats.
  • AI Engineering: You will build.

How You Will Work

  • Vibe Coding: We don't want you to memorize textbooks. We want you to use AI tools to write code faster and cleaner. You will learn to use GenAI to amplify your output.
  • Actual Work: You will be assigned real tickets and real build tasks. You will deploy code that (after review) actually gets used.
  • The Rotation: We will rotate you through different teams. We aren't just testing your code; we are testing your Culture Fit. Do you communicate well? Do you handle pressure? Are you "Partnership Obsessed"?

Who You Are

  • Graduating Class of 2026: This internship must be your final academic requirement. You must be available to work onsite in Naga City from January to June 2026.
  • A "Builder": You have touched Python or code outside of class. You are curious. You have broken things and fixed them.
  • Gritty: You don't need hand-holding. When you get stuck, you research, you debug, and you ask smart questions.
  • Hungry: You want a career, not just a diploma. You are fighting for one of the full-time offers at the end of this program.

The End Game

  • The Offer: We are looking to convert successful interns into Full-Time Associate AI Engineers upon graduation.
  • The Training: You will get free access to our internal training on AWS, Security, and Flow AI.
  • The Mentorship: You will work alongside senior architects who will teach you industry-standard best practices.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php4,000.00 per month
