AI Video Creator and Editor

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy AI Video Creator and Editor to join our team on a project-based, onsite setup. The ideal candidate will leverage AI-powered tools and traditional video editing software to produce engaging, high-quality video content. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and strong storytelling skills to support our marketing and content strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Creation & Production

• Generate high-quality video content using AI-powered video tools (e.g., Runway, Pictory, Synthesia).
• Script, storyboard, and conceptualize video projects based on campaign objectives.
• Record, edit, and assemble raw footage, AI-generated clips, graphics, and animations into polished final videos.
• Incorporate music, voiceovers, sound effects, and other audio elements to enhance engagement.

2. Video Editing & Enhancement

• Edit videos using traditional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.) to meet quality and brand standards.
• Apply motion graphics, visual effects, and color grading to improve visual storytelling.
• Repurpose and optimize existing content for new campaigns or formats.

3. Platform Optimization & Distribution

• Tailor video content for different platforms, including social media (short-form & long-form), websites, presentations, and email campaigns.
• Ensure videos adhere to platform-specific guidelines (dimensions, aspect ratios, duration).
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align video output with campaign strategies.

4. Innovation & Technology Management

• Stay updated on emerging AI video tools, editing techniques, and industry trends.
• Experiment with AI-generated visuals, voice synthesis, and automation to improve workflow efficiency.
• Suggest creative solutions using AI technology to enhance storytelling or production speed.

5. Project Management & Collaboration

• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain organized project files, versions, and assets for easy access and reuse.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding project requirements and feedback.

6. Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement

• Track video performance metrics such as views, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Analyze results to inform future content strategies and improve creative approaches.
• Iterate on content based on feedback, analytics, and audience insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in video creation and editing, preferably using AI video tools.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro) and AI-driven video platforms.
• Strong creative storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Understanding of social media video trends and formats (short-form, long-form, ads, explainer videos).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and manage project-based tasks remotely.

Preferred Skills:

• Motion graphics and animation experience.
• Basic knowledge of sound design and color grading.
• Experience creating videos for marketing, e-learning, or corporate communications.
• Familiarity with AI scripting or prompt engineering for video generation.
