We are now building our future revenue team right here in Naga City. We are looking for the top 2 students from the Class of 2026 who want to prove they have the grit to build a career in high-tech sales and marketing.
The Mission: The 6-Month Audition This is not a "fetch coffee" internship. This is a 6-month hands-on audition. We are looking for students where this internship is the final requirement before graduation. You will be embedded in our Growth Pod, doing actual work to generate meetings and revenue. Our goal is simple: We want to hire you full-time in June. But you have to earn the seat.
The Program: What You Will Do You will act as a "Full Stack" Growth Intern, switching between two modes depending on the mission:
1. The Intel Mode (Strategy & Research)
- The Bouncer: Not everyone deserves our time. You check a prospect's website, socials, and tech stack to see if they pass the "vibe check" to work with us.
- The Truth Detector: AI hallucinations happen. Your job is to verify the data. You make sure the emails are real, the people still work there, and the info is 100% accurate before we ever make contact.
2. The Action Mode (Content & Outreach)
- The Remix Artist: You take a 1-hour boring technical video and chop it up into 5 snappy LinkedIn posts. You turn long content into "snackable" content.
- The Scroll Stopper: B2B doesn't have to be boring. You use Figma and AI to create visuals and posts that stop the scroll and get people paying attention to Cloud Ready.
- The Hype Man: Your goal is to get people excited to talk to us. You follow up, you comment on their posts, and you keep Cloud Ready top-of-mind until they book a meeting.
How You Will Work
- AI-Native: We don't want you to write emails from scratch. We want you to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) to work faster and smarter.
- Actual Impact: If you book a meeting that turns into a closed deal, you get the credit. You aren't watching the game; you are on the field.
- The Rotation: You will handle both Inbound (Content/Marketing) and Outbound (Research/Sales). We are testing your versatility. Are you better at hunting (Sales) or attracting (Marketing)?

- Graduating Class of 2026: This internship must be your final academic requirement. You must be available to work onsite in Naga City from January to June 2026.

- Tech-Native: You use AI tools not just to cheat on homework, but to make yourself smarter.
- Fearless: You aren't afraid to send a message or post content. You understand that "No" is just data.
- Hungry: You want a career, not just a diploma. You are fighting for one of the full-time offers at the end of this program.
The End Game
- The Offer: We are looking to convert successful interns into Full-Time Associate Account Managers or Marketing Associates upon graduation.
- The Training: You will get free access to our internal training on B2B Sales, Brand Strategy, and AI Tools.
- The Mentorship: You will work alongside our senior Account Managers who will teach you how to close.
Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Php4,000.00 per month
