Remote/Virtual Care Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in using Patient Observation Software.
  • Continuously monitors patients visually; redirects verbally via two-way device and alerts nursing staff immediately if needed.
  • Participates in shift hand-offs, sharing patient information and behaviors.
  • Offers explanations to patients without providing counseling or choices.
  • Quickly seeks assistance and escalates if a patient is a threat to self or others.
  • Follows safe work practices and adheres to safety protocols.
  • Maintains accurate, timely documentation in EMR and observation software.
  • Documents patient activity hourly and tracks service calls for monitor issues.

Must Haves:

  • Previous direct customer experience: customer friendly

Preferred:

  • 1 year of clinical experience
  • Knowledgeable in medical terminology
  • Digital literacy and technical proficiency in a variety of remote work tools and platforms
  • Cybersecurity awareness and understanding of basic online and patient security practices to protect sensitive information
  • Ability to communicate with patients using a microphone and headset
  • Ability to interpret and follow detailed written and oral instructions
  • Ability to ensure a high level of customer service for all customers including patients, nurses and other medical professionals, and external stakeholders as necessary
  • Experience working in complex environments, ability to escalate issues through appropriate individuals as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php32,000.00 per month
