About the role
Alldigitech Manila is seeking a friendly and customer-focused CSR - Patient Care Coordinator to join our fast-paced call centre team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued patients. The position is based in our Taguig City office.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound calls from patients, answering queries, and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner
- Providing accurate information about our products and services
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
- At least year6 months of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service
- Fluency in English and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to providing exceptional customer care
