About the role:

We are looking for a results-oriented and technically proficient Sales and Marketing Officer to lead our business expansion efforts in the Power Solutions sector. This role involves identifying new market opportunities, delivering customized solutions to clients, and providing end-to-end support throughout the sales cycle. The ideal candidate will combine technical know-how with strong business development capabilities to serve as a vital link between clients, sales, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and residential markets.

  2. Engage clients to understand their energy needs and recommend optimal Power Solutions.

  3. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.

  4. Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring responsiveness and satisfaction.

  5. Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate project feasibility, site conditions, and technical requirements.

  6. Work closely with engineering and project management teams to support seamless execution and delivery.

  7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements.

  8. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics; generate reports and recommend strategies for growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related technical field.

  2. 2–3 years of experience in business development or technical roles within the solar, renewable energy, or power solutions industry.

  3. Strong understanding of power systems, energy technologies, and solution design.

  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  5. Ability to work independently and travel to client sites as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
