About the role

We are seeking a talented Customer Service B2B professional to join our dynamic team at Select Goods' in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time member of our customer service department, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our valued business-to-business clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries, complaints and requests via phone, email and chat
  • Process customer orders, returns and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
  • Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to resolve any customer issues or concerns
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to management
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  • 1 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues across different departments
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding client expectations
