Position Overview:
Yngen Datacom Corp. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our growing HR team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of positions, with a focus on attracting top-tier talent that aligns with the company's needs and culture. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on recruitment expertise, and the ability to collaborate across departments to meet staffing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Manage the complete recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and specific qualifications needed for various roles across the organization.
- Effectively manage candidate pipelines, ensuring timely and quality placements.
Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:
- Proactively source candidates using a variety of tools, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to attract both active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain and expand a robust network of candidates to ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified talent.
Candidate Experience:
- Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining open communication, setting clear expectations, and ensuring timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, cultural fit, and overall potential within the company.
- Support candidates through the hiring process, from initial interview to onboarding.
Diversity and Inclusion:
- Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with diversity and inclusion goals, focusing on attracting a wide range of candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Partner with the HR team to implement initiatives that enhance workforce diversity and inclusivity.
Employer Branding and Networking:
- Represent Yngen Datacom Corp. in job fairs, recruitment events, and online networking activities to build the company's brand and attract top talent.
- Help develop and communicate a compelling employer brand to enhance candidate attraction.
Reporting and Metrics:
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate experience.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to leadership regarding recruitment trends, challenges, and opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment.
- Expertise in sourcing and screening candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and direct sourcing methods.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate candidates for both skills and cultural fit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
