Job Description:

Recruitment Branding & Advertising

• Conceptualizes and implements recruitment marketing and branding strategies such as campaigns, recruitment marketing activities, non-traditional advertising and other marketing-related projects to support sourcing of applicants and increase applicant pool and database.
• Develop materials used for presentations, advertising or marketing collaterals
• Coordinate and collaborate with various internal/external stakeholders on job posting programs and updating of and content in the Cloudstaff Recruit Page
• Develops the content for newsletters and other communications materials to be used for marketing activities.

Strategic Talent Attraction

• Develops and/or execute recruitment marketing events as part of a marketing plan to support recruitment demands
• Engages in planning, developing and arranging projects in line with new recruitment activities and recruitment requirement
• Executes developed recruitment marketing strategies to support new growth & business requirements.
• Plans and executes events that would provide pool of applications for the Talent Sourcing, or Talent Operations team and endorse event sourcing and headhunter proposals to Talent Attraction & Marketing for final approval.
• Prepare monthly recruitment sourcing reports and perform reports analysis.
• Prepares documentation report of activities completed.

Budget Control

• Keeps track of expenses incurred in job fairs and other recruitment events to ensure that it is within the approved budget.
• Monitors payment processes of vendor payments, advertising suppliers and recruitment spending.

Administration Tasks

• Perform other related duties as may be assigned either in support of divisional/departmental goal attainment or for professional training, education or development as programmed.
• Assists Front Line in call outs of applicants and initial screening when needed.
• Perform other important and urgent duties assigned.
• Perform various Data Management Marketing trends and practices pertaining to recruitment activities.

Qualification and requirements:

• Knowledge in M365 Suite & Cloud programs
• Excellent Reading Writing and Verbal Proficiency
• Well-Adept in managing all elements of the marketing mix Formulation of brand positioning
• Development of brand innovations
• Market Research techniques and business analysis
• Marketing Plan development / marketing strategy formulation
• Advertising and Communications Development (Copy, Media & PR)
• Conceptualization and Implementation of recruitment promotions Display and Merchandising (Events)
• Highly resourceful, creative and enterprising, with an eye for detail and capable to think strategically and view business in a corporate perspective.
• Computer Literate (MS Office: Power Point, Excel, Word)
