Facilitate,lead and record team project meetings. Deliver engagements within theconstraints of schedule, features/functionality, and budget. Utilizes analyticalskills to make critical decisions and recommendations to solve project-relatedproblems. Responsible for masterminding, outlining, and developing projects.Design the project goals and success markers, determine how success will bemeasured and tracked. Ensure the project remains on time and on budget andhelp motivate team members to hit their goals. Serve as a liaison between theproject team and senior management. Prepare and present progress reportsand ensure the project is furthering organizational goals. Multi-task variousoperational requirements in a fast-paced environment. Provide leadership to thestaff to maintain a culture of exceeding customers' expectations in terms ofproviding cost-effective solutions as well as an unwavering commitment to ourcustomer partnersThe responsibilities of this position will include but will not be limited to the following:The management of projects, typically (but not exclusively) involving the development and implementation of business processes to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality.The adoption and adaptation of project management methodologies based on the context of the project and selecting appropriately from predictive (plan-driven) approach or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches.Maintain a standard approach for project managementStart up and initiate project and manage stakeholder engagementDevelop & maintain project plan, manage project resources/work packagesMonitor & control projects and manage project quality & risksClose a project or iterationDevelop detailed resource support/technical/operational specs & manualsIdentify & develop required processes & procedures for resourcesDevelop service & operational agreements for resources. Gain service & operational agreements approval for resourcesProduce supporting documentation & training packages for resourcesManage resource process & procedure implementationManage resource operational staff training. Develop resource Supplier/Partner Operational supportManage resource acceptance testingManage resource capability delivery and ensure capability qualityConfigure, implement, and activate resourcesKPIs:Project Delivery Time: Measure the average time taken to complete projects compared to their initial timelines.Project Budget Adherence: Track project budgets to ensure they stay within the allocated budget constraints.Resource Utilization: Monitor the efficient use of project resources, including team members and budgetary allocations.Project Success Rate: Evaluate the percentage of projects completed successfully within scope, on time, and on budget.Stakeholder Satisfaction: Gather feedback from project stakeholders to assess their satisfaction with project management processes and outcomesTOP 3-5 DELIVERABLES:Project Plans: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that include scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and milestones for each project within the portfolio.Status Reports: Generate regular status reports that provide updates on project progress, issues, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.Risk Assessment and Mitigation Plans: Create risk assessment documents and mitigation plans for projects, outlining potential risks, their impact, and strategies for risk mitigation.Portfolio Review: Conduct periodic portfolio reviews to assess project performance, alignment with organizational goals, and overall portfolio health.HIRING REQUIREMENTS:Work ExperienceAt least 10+ years of work experience as a Project Manager, with relevant experience in Enterprise Data or Data/Reports related projects.Solid in project/program management methodologies and toolsProven track record of executing large-scale projects (>$1Mn)Solid understanding of technologies to manage dependenciesIdeally managed larger organizational / technology transformation projectsExperience in predictive project management.
