Statement of Duties

  1. Performs quality control tests to ensure that liquors and juices being produced meet quality standards.
  2. Conduct incoming material inspection and performs potential problem analysis.
  3. Does routine inspection during bottling operations and studies process capability.
  4. Perform swabbing tests before bottling of liqueur and juices in the absence of the microbiologist.
  5. Performs physico-chemical analysis of deionized water, liquor, liqueur and juices.
  6. Ensures complete and accurate recording of results of quality control tests to maintain effective monitoring and feedback system.
  7. Performs microbiological laboratory works in the absence of the microbiologist.
  8. Prepares all necessary documents of new products for FDA registration.
  9. Assists in R&D laboratory works
  10. Performs other task assigned by the QA Manager provided that training has been undergone on such tasks.
  11. Approves for the release of the final products in the absence of the Quality Assurance Manager.
