About the role

We are seeking a talented Property Consultant to join our dynamic team at DMCI HOMES' in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Property Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and families find their dream homes. This full-time position offers the opportunity to be part of a leading real estate company, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales success.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identifying potential clients and building a network of leads through prospecting and referrals
  2. Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on the local property market, including pricing, trends, and investment opportunities
  3. Conducting property viewings and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of DMCI HOMES' developments
  4. Negotiating deals and closing sales to meet or exceed individual and team targets
  5. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to ensure clients receive accurate and up-to-date information
  6. Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-purchase support
  7. Collaborating with the broader sales team to share best practices and contribute to the growth of the business

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant experience in real estate sales, preferably in the residential sector
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of clients
  3. Excellent negotiation and sales closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  4. A customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for helping clients find their ideal homes
  5. Familiarity with the local property market and trends in the Makati City Metro Manila area
  6. A self-motivated and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
