About the Role:

Leechiu Property Consultants is looking for a creative and driven Marketing Intern with a flair for photography, content creation, and event support. This internship offers a front-row seat to the inner workings of corporate real estate marketing, blending creative execution with strategic campaigns.

Job Description:

  • Shoot high-quality photos and videos during property tours, corporate events, and lifestyle shoots
  • Assist in developing content for our digital platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Website, etc.)
  • Support planning and execution of internal and client-facing events
  • Organize and manage visual assets and content archives
  • Work with the marketing, design, and research teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging
  • Help with content writing for social posts, invites, and basic marketing materials

We're looking for:

  • A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
  • Confident in using a camera (DSLR/mirrorless) and basic editing tools (Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, or CapCut)
  • Familiar with current trends in social media and content marketing
  • Organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented
  • A team player who can adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus points for experience in managing social pages or basic graphic design
