  • We are seeking an experienced Collections Officer to manage and oversee the collection of outstanding debts. The role involves contacting clients regarding overdue accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring timely settlements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in collections and RPOA (Repossession of Property/Assets) and possess strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective collection strategies to maximize debt recovery.
  • Lead and supervise the collections team, providing guidance, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Manage and oversee RPOA processes, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with clients and external partners.
  • Monitor and analyze collection performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all collection activities and client communications.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve billing disputes and customer service concerns.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on collection performance, challenges, and recovery strategies to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the collections department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in debt collection, with extensive exposure to RPOA operations.
  • Proven track record in leading collection teams and managing recovery targets.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, credit control, and debt recovery processes.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret and act on financial data effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
