We are seeking a purpose-driven and experienced Geodetic Engineer to lead and manage land and engineering surveys essential to property acquisition, land development, and construction projects. This role is responsible for field surveys, technical verification, regulatory coordination, and documentation to support accurate planning, design, construction execution, and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Field Surveys

  • Conduct high-level field surveys to support site analysis for properties subject to possible acquisition.
  • Perform road alignment and construction validation surveys based on Construction requirements.
  • Conduct joint inspection surveys with MCC Line & Grade and/or external survey consultants to verify survey plans, lot descriptions, and property boundaries.
  • Conduct surveys of informal settlers based on Project Development requests.

Data Collection & Research

  • Research land titles, cadastral maps, and related documents from government agencies such as LRA, LMB, LGU Assessor's Office, CPDO, NGCP, CAAP, and other relevant institutions.
  • Secure technical data related to transmission line alignments, height restrictions, and land use compliance.

Data Analysis

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret secondary data and desktop research to support site assessment and provide recommendations for project planning, design, and execution.

Compliance & Government Coordination

  • Coordinate with relevant government agencies to ensure compliance with regulatory, technical, and documentary requirements.
  • Review applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations related to land surveys, land use, and development.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare, sign, and seal individual lot plans required for buyer take-outs and account management processes.
  • Review technical descriptions based on Lot TCTs and validate survey documents prepared by external consultants.
  • Prepare detailed reports on site inspections, survey findings, and project-related data.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and organized records of all survey activities.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Construction, Project Development, Accounts Management, etc.) to integrate survey outputs into project execution.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with external geodetic and survey consultants.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Geodetic Engineering from a reputable university
  • Licensed Geodetic Engineer (PRC Registered)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction, land development, or infrastructure projects
  • Proficient in surveying instruments and software (e.g., Total Station, AutoCAD, Civil 3D)
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine laws, regulations, and procedures on land surveys, titling, and land registration
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; a collaborative team player
  • Willingness to work in field-based environments
  • Experience in land development, construction, and infrastructure projects is highly preferred
  • Background in drone surveying and photogrammetry is an advantage
