We are a Japanese company operating Jewel Cafe, a specialized store that buys jewelry and luxury branded items.

Jewel Cafe operates more than 250 stores in Japan and over 300 stores worldwide.

We are now looking for talented individuals to join us in designer role as we plan for further expansion of Jewel Cafe.

Job Description

  • Design promotional materials for stores and online platforms:
  • Posters, banners, flyers, in-store POPs, campaign visuals
  • Social media graphics, website banners, campaign visuals
  • Create and edit Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop designs
  • Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines
  • Prepare files for print as needed
  • Coordinate with store staff and office team for project requirements and revisions
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously as needed

Requirements

  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and able to handle .ai files without issues
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or other major design tools
  • Portfolio showcasing past design work
  • Experience creating brand materials, print, and web visuals is a plus
  • Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Basic communication skills in English and Tagalog for internal coordination

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience creating social media ads/posts or web banners
  • Knowledge of print production (color settings, bleed, resolution, etc.)
  • Photo editing and retouching skills
  • Experience collaborating with marketing teams

Salary

  • PHP 30,000 per month

Working Hours & Benefits

  • 5 days a week, 8 hours a day
  • Working hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Weekends and holidays off
  • 6 months of probation period
  • 3,000 PHP (transportation allowance)
