Job Summary:

The Designer is responsible for the creation and execution of all social media visualizations.

including social media platforms, E-commerce platforms and marketing tools.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

● Responsible for creative thinking and creation of design (pictures, gif, videos edit, etc.) for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

o Design eye-catching visuals tailored to platform-specific requirements.

o Ensure content aligns with brand tone and objectives.

● Responsible for the creative thinking and creation of design (banners, product visuals,

etc.) for our E-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, etc.)

o Develop engaging banners and product visuals to attract customer attention.

o Optimize visuals for mobile and desktop views.

● Responsible for the creative thinking and creation of design of our sales and marketing

tools (brochures, bundles, gimmicks, posters, etc.)

o Conceptualize and produce designs for promotional campaigns.

o Collaborate with the marketing team to adapt designs for specific campaigns.

● Understanding and following the right visuals guidelines (color codes, pantones, style,

etc.) specific to each brand, platforms, partners

o Maintain consistency across all design materials.

o Update and manage brand guidelines as needed.

● Being proactive in the design creation and offer different options/styles to choose from

o Provide multiple design drafts for team review.

o Implement feedback to refine and finalize designs.

● Being able to find pictures on free online images gallery.

o Source high-quality images that align with project needs.

o Verify licensing and usage rights for all visuals.

● Researching and finding on the brands own platforms (extranet, google doc, etc.) ideas

and suggestions for new visual content (videos, pictures, models, etc.)

o Gather inspiration from brand-provided resources.

o Propose innovative visual concepts to enhance brand identity.

● Collaborate closely with the team to identify visual trends and incorporate relevant

content from brand resources.

o Stay updated on industry trends to inspire fresh ideas.

o Coordinate with team members to align design concepts with marketing strategies.

Job Qualifications:

  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Graphic Artist or Graphic Designer preferably in the beauty and cosmetics industry
  • Strong eye for detail, creativity and visual storytelling
  • Proficient in using design software tools including basic video editing or motion graphics experience
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography and colour theory
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team

  • Knowledgeable in the various social media sizes and formats, tools, features, and trends

  • Knowledgeable of policies relating to data protection, copyright, reproduction rights and intellectual property rights
