Job Description – Motion Graphics Designer

Location: Remote

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Motion Graphics Designer from to bring colour, movement, and visual excitement to our video content. You will focus on designing cool, colourful, and stunning effects that enhance our brand's visual identity and make our videos pop. You must have a keen eye for colour combination, be sensitive to music beats, and be able to translate our campaign messages into visually striking animations.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Animation:

1.Create dynamic motion graphics including animated text, logo reveals, lower thirds, infographics, and kinetic typography.

2.Design engaging transitions, overlays, and special effects that fit the brand vibe.

3.Build visual assets from scratch or adapt stock elements to match campaign requirements.

Brand Integration:

1.Ensure all graphics, colours, and typography align with brand guidelines.

2.Integrate brand logos, mascots, and promotional messages in creative ways.

Music & Timing Sensitivity:

1.Sync animations with music beats for maximum visual and emotional impact.

2.Adjust timing and movement to enhance storytelling flow.

Platform-Specific Creativity:

1.Optimise graphics for different content formats (short-form TikTok/Instagram Reels, long-form YouTube videos, Facebook ads).

2.Keep up with visual trends popular in the gaming and online entertainment industry.

Collaboration:

1.Work closely with the Video Editor to ensure graphics enhance the narrative rather than distract from it.

2.Communicate proactively to suggest creative improvements.

Requirements

1.Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years in Motion Graphics Design with a portfolio showing colourful, dynamic, and high-quality work.

2.Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop; knowledge of 3D animation tools is a plus.

3.Creative Vision: Strong understanding of colour theory, typography, and composition.

4.Trend Awareness: Ability to spot and apply new animation trends relevant to gaming, entertainment, and social media.

5.Work Ethic: Passionate, detail-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional quality.
