We are seeking a skilled and proactive developer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 to join our team. This role will focus on designing, building, and maintaining business applications and integrations that streamline operations and enhance user experience.

Work Arrangement: Permanent WFH

Work Shift: Morning Shift 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize model-driven apps using Dynamics 365 Sales/Service or Power Apps.

  • Customize Forms, Views, Dashboards, and Business Rules.

  • Design and implement business process automation using Power Automate and Logic Apps.

  • Build and maintain Power Platform components.

  • Utilize JavaScript, React, HTML/CSS, and PCF (PowerApps Component Framework).

  • Develop and manage solutions using Git-based DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub).

  • Write and deploy custom plugins and logic using C# and PowerFX.

  • Develop and maintain custom connectors and integrations with third-party systems and APIs.

  • Collaborate regularly with cross-functional teams, including:

  • Business Analysts
  • UI/UX Designers

  • QA Engineers 

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • 2+ years working with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
    • Proven experience with Power Automate, Logic Apps, and custom development using C#, JavaScript, and PowerFX.
    • Solid understanding of REST APIs and integration patterns.
    • Prior experience with version control and DevOps pipelines
    • Familiarity with website development (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS).
    • Experience or exposure to AI tools, LLMs, or Microsoft Copilot integrations.
    • Experience with ALM best practices in the Power Platform.
    • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Strong communication and documentation skills.
