Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Power Platform Developer to take ownership of our existing Power Automate environment and develop insightful Power BI reports for the business. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, improve existing processes, and deliver data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
  • Strong experience in reports visual design with a keen eye to aesthetics and data accuracy
  • Perform data modelling, transformations, and DAX calculations.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Power Automate flows.
  • Build new automations and integrations across Microsoft 365 and third-party systems.
  • Perform data modelling, transformations, and DAX calculations.
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure reliability of existing automations and reporting solutions.
  • Liaise with business users to gather requirements, document processes, and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with Microsoft best practices.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience with Power BI (report building, DAX, Power Query, data modelling).
  • Strong experience in reports visual design with a keen eye to aesthetics and data accuracy
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL
  • Proven experience with Power Automate (Cloud flows, approvals, connectors, error handling).
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dataverse is a plus).
  • Ability to analyse business processes and design automation/reporting solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • (Optional but beneficial) Experience with Power Apps or SQL / Azure Data tools.
  • PowerBI certification is a plus.
