DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

  1. Updates, records and maintains subsidiary ledger of medical benefits of Stockholders.

  2. Responsible for the recording of Check Vouchers Number in the Voucher's Payable Book.

  3. Prepares monthly list of outstanding checks.

  4. Reconciles Official Receipts issued by payee if it tallies with the Check No., date and amount released and records it to check register together with the date.

  5. Relieves inventory clerk in her absence.

  6. Reviews request for the payment of Histopath Professional Fee.

  7. Reviews the Accounts Receivables (HMO and Industrial) and prepares schedule of accounts.

  8. Performs other duties as may be required by Management.
