What you'll do:
The role of the
Data Entry Clerk
is to provide support to the Finance team through the accurate entry of accounts payable bills and credit card transactions. The role will be a transaction heavy, fast paced role, suitable with someone with fast computer skills and an eye for detail.

Key responsibilities for this role includes:
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

  • Monitor Accounts inboxes (AU, LLC & Ground Nurse) & enter invoices on a daily basis for approval (Approx 400 per month or 20 per day).
  • Communicate bill/PO variances with other departments and assist to resolve.
  • Enter employee expenses as received.
  • Assist with supplier statement reconciliations

CREDIT CARD

  • Enter credit card transactions into Netsuite for the purchases made on the company cards. (Approx 300 per month or 15 per day).
  • Follow up credit card owners on a weekly basis for missing receipts.
  • Reconcile credit card statements.

Successful candidates must have:

  • At least 3 years experience in data entry, accounts payable, or finance administration
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in processing transactions
  • Fast and confident computer skills, including Excel and accounting systems
  • Ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced transactional work
  • Basic understanding of accounts payable and reconciliations
  • Clear communication skills and confidence in following up internally
  • Well-organised, reliable, and able to work independently

Work Arrangements:

  • Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
  • Work Setup: Work On-Site
  • Office Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
