About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Billing Clerk
to join our Finance team in Manila. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing, reviewing, and processing invoices in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with US and multinational clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and process billing and invoicing transactions accurately and on time.
  • Ensure invoices comply with client agreements, company policies, and accounting standards.
  • Manage large transaction volumes with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Support month-end closing and reporting activities related to billing.
  • Provide billing support to US and multinational clients as required.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years
    of experience in Billing, Invoicing, or a similar role (excluding CSR Billing).
  • Proven experience handling
    large volume transactions
    .
  • Prior experience supporting
    US or multinational clients
    is highly preferred.
  • College undergraduates are welcome, but must have
    accounting knowledge or relevant experience
    .
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills
    – verbal and written.
  • Can start
    ASAP

  • Willing to work on
    Shifting
    /
    Night Shift / US Hours, including holidays
    .
  • Temporary WFH arrangement, but must be
    amenable to work onsite in Alabang
    when required.
  • Must be willing to attend
    induction/new hire orientation onsite
    .
