HR Admin Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping and payroll coordination
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HRIS Updates
- Support training, performance evaluations, and employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and government reporting (SSS, HDMF, PHIC, DOLE, BIR)
- Manage office operations, procurement, permits and logistics coordination
- Prepare HR Reports and maintain accurate, confidential documentations
- Act as liaison for employee concerns. management, and external service providers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 2-3 years of HR and Administrative experience, ideally in energy, construction, or field-based industries
- Solid understanding of HR laws, Labor code, and regulatory compliance
- Skilled in Microsoft office suite and HRIS or related systems
- Strong organizational, time-management, and coordination skills
- Can start ASAP
