Job Description

HR Function

  • Assists with tasks encompassing the complete recruitment life cycle (e.g. sourcing, profiling applications, scheduling and administering exams and interviews).
  • Responds and acts on routine inquiries regarding the recruitment process from applicants, benefits, and labor relations inquiries and requests from employees.
  • Executes HR plans, programs, policies, and tasks assigned to him/her involving several areas of HR Management.
  • Collects, validates, processes, and maintains employment-related information, records, and transactions for new hires, which may include HRIS record setup, background checks, and validation of documentation.
  • May be assigned ad-hoc tasks from time to time.

Administrative Function

  • Handles all office administration duties to maintain a safe, secure, and well-maintained work environment.
  • Plans and supervises office administration activities and events.
  • Drafts and implements administrative policies and procedures.
  • Ensures appropriate and timely provision of clerical and administrative support to all departments in the organization.
  • Prepares and manages business documents as required by government agencies and/or external clients.
  • May be assigned ad-hoc tasks from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent discipline is preferred.
  • Must be tech savvy and well-versed with tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Excellent comprehension and communication skills.
  • Organized, detailed minded, and independent thinker.
  • Results oriented, flexible, and team player.
  • Must be amenable to work in C5 Extension, Paranaque City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
