SALARY: PHP 100,000 - PHP 150,000

WORK SET-UP: Pure Onsite

SCHEDULE: Night Shift / Shifting Schedule 24/7

About the Role:

This position is designed to provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience in underwriting non-life (P&C) insurance products, with a clear path toward a future leadership role within the organization. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to deepen their expertise in the insurance industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or any related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in non-life (P&C) underwriting
  • CPA license is an advantage
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates strong leadership potential and a passion for professional growth
  • Preferred experience in Property & Casualty, Accident & Health (A&H), or Financial Lines underwriting

  • Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30am)
