Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic E-commerce Intern to support our digital team in managing product listings, customer service, inventory tracking, and digital marketing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce and contribute to a growing brand in the automotive accessories space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in optimizing product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
  • Help track inventory levels and manage product availability across online stores.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data and website metrics to support marketing efforts.
  • Contribute to content creation for social media.
  • Assist in digital marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct competitor research to identify market trends.

Requirements:

  • Current enrollment in a Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related degree program.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and the automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
