About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Representative to join our fast-growing SaaS support team. The role involves handling customer queries, onboarding clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customers have an excellent experience using our digital products.

You will work directly with United States clients during US business hours, supporting them through chat, email, and phone. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service) systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, timely, and accurate customer support via email and phone channels.
  • Guide customers through onboarding, account setup, billing inquiries, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Understand and communicate product features, configurations, and best practices to help customers succeed.
  • Collaborate with internal Product and Technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Document interactions and resolutions accurately within the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes or product features.
  • Mentor junior support team members and assist with training initiatives.

Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
