Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a Meta Media Buyer with day-to-day campaign setup and tracking tasks. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and a solid understanding of tracking and conversion setup.


Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign setup in Meta Ads Manager based on predefined structures, objectives, and budgets.
  • Create and install Meta pixels and set up conversion events accurately.
  • Support tracking implementation and UTM parameter management.
  • Monitor campaigns to ensure proper attribution and tracking functionality.
  • Communicate regularly with the Media Buyer to confirm campaign readiness and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Requirements

  • Prior experience with Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Working knowledge of pixel installation, conversion tracking, and UTM tagging.
  • Understanding of Meta ad policies and campaign structure best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and clear communication.
