About the role

Exciting opportunity to join a leading customer service team As a Customer Service Representative at YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION', you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and handling a variety of inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced, virtual environment. This is a full-time position based in Mandaue City Cebu.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email and chat in a friendly, professional manner
  2. Assist customers with account-related questions and troubleshoot any issues they may be experiencing
  3. Process transactions and update customer information in our systems
  4. Identify opportunities to provide additional support or services to customers
  5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department as needed
  6. Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback and suggestions

What we're looking for

  1. 1+ years of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a warm and empathetic manner
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle a variety of customer enquiries
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, virtual environment
  6. Fluency in English, both written and verbal
