What You'll Do

  • Be the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring clear communication and consistent service delivery.
  • Communicate directly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with the team's performance.
  • Supervise and coach team members: monitor performance, attendance, and professionalism.
  • Conduct regular 1-on-1s and performance reviews to support team development.
  • Track and report KPIs, SLAs, and client satisfaction scores.
  • Prepare and present weekly or monthly reports and updates to clients.
  • Handle escalations promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with recruitment, training, and operations for the smooth onboarding of new hires.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance team and client outcomes.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in a BPO or outsourcing environment, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or account management role.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and client-relationship skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Solid problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with performance tracking tools and reporting metrics.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working flexible hours to support international clients when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php27, Php35,000.00 per month
