About the role

The Customer Onboarding Specialist ensures that Book4Time meets the client's operational requirements. Their job is to customize the software according to the client's needs and specifications and teach them how to use the software and assist in integrating other software solutions such as PMS , Credit Card Payments, Inventory or reporting extracts for specific financial systems.

You should be able to deliver training programs to educate clients on our system and best practices to enable them to achieve their business goals. You will be responsible for the full implementation process. This full-time role will involve training and supporting our customers across APAC and EMEA on our industry-leading software application for the Hospitality Wellness Industry - Book4Time.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with our internal teams including Sales and Customer Success to understand the business requirements, goals, and client objectives.
  • Create a project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely installation of customized software systems.
  • Perform the initial setup and configuration of the client's account prior to account delivery, ensuring the setup addresses the client's business requirements.
  • Schedule, facilitate and personalize the training program for each assigned client projects, ensuring training deliverables are met within allocated timelines.
  • Deliver interactive training sessions using videoconferencing and travel onsite when required.
  • Maintain constant communication with the client throughout the software onboarding process to obtain feedback and approval.
  • Ensure that the internal teams and customer stakeholders are aware of key deliverables and project milestones.
  • Be a well-rounded product expert to deliver a high-value consultative approach to training.
  • Act as the key subject matter expert throughout the client's on-boarding journey, consulting on best practices and how-to questions.
  • Assist with creating new and updating existing training materials, documentation, and videos.
  • Work closely with our Technical Integration Team, working as the liaison between the customer and the Book4Time technical team.

  • This is an external customer onboarding & training position. This is not an internal employee onboarding & training position.

  • Successful applicants will be required to participate in a case study/technical interview as part of the interview process.
  • Employees must be able to travel to our office in BGC once per week for team office days.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a software trainer or customer implementation specialist, ideally in Business Management / Adult Education or related fields.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly understand and apply new software features and functionalities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and concise manner.
  • A customer-centric approach and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in project management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Must have flexibility to work outside of standard office hours and travel for onsite training and support when required.
  • High level of fluency in English.
  • Have a good understanding of all the tools available: G-Suite, Teamwork, Zoom, Jira, MS Office.
