Jr Physical Therapist

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) on Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy.
• Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support and Assistant or equivalent.

Responsibilities

The Jr. Physical Therapist, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PMR) is responsible for administering physical therapy treatment to patients. He/she implements physical therapy as prescribed by the Physician. He/she also accurately documents the patient's treatment and progress in all required PMR forms in the patient chart in a timely manner as detailed in PMR's Charting and Documentation Policy. He/she ensures that charging of patient procedure is aligned with actual treatment session.
