About the role

Flex Recovery is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients regain their mobility, strength, and independence through evidence-based rehabilitation programs. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment and make a real difference in the lives of those in your care.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
  2. Implement a range of physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, and the use of assistive devices
  3. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care
  5. Maintain detailed patient records and documentation
  6. Participate in continuing education and professional development activities

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
  2. Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the Philippines
  3. Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting
  4. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based physiotherapy practices
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
  6. Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  8. preferably MALE
