  2. Perform physical assessments of patients to determine their physical condition, limitations, and goals.

  3. Review medical history and conduct tests (e.g., strength, flexibility, range of motion) to diagnose issues.

  4. Set short- and long-term treatment goals for recovery and improved mobility.

  5. Treatment Planning & Implementation:

  6. Develop personalized therapy plans based on patient assessments.

  7. Utilize various physical therapy techniques (manual therapy, exercises, modalities) to address patient conditions.

  8. Educate patients and their families about exercises, posture, and lifestyle changes that can aid recovery.

  9. Monitoring & Documentation:

  10. Track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.

  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes.

  12. Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and insurance guidelines.

  13. Collaboration & Communication:

  14. Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.

  15. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team regarding progress and care plans.

  16. Patient Education:
