Job Summary:

The Jr. Physical Therapist is responsible for administering physical therapy treatment to patients. He/ She implements physical therapy as prescribed by the Physician. He/ She also accurately documents the patient's treatment and progress in all required forms in the patients chart in a timely manner as detailed in the Charing and Documentation Policy of the department. He/ She ensure that charging of patient procedure is aligned with actual treatment session.
